My Story

Dr. Elazier, a native of northern California, experienced a diverse upbringing in various parts of the region. His educational journey led him to Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, MA, where he honed his skills and knowledge in the medical field.

With a dedication to serving communities, Dr. Elazier has been practicing Family Medicine and urgent care medicine for the past 12 years. His commitment to providing comprehensive healthcare reflects a passion for addressing the diverse needs of individuals and families.

Outside of the medical realm, Dr. Elazier nurtures interests in sports and music. Whether on the field or in the rhythm of melodies, he finds joy and relaxation in these pursuits. Dr. Elazier's multifaceted background, professional dedication, and personal interests make him a well-rounded individual dedicated to the well-being of those he serves.
